  • Abstract
Semiconductor Optical Amplifiers are very promising devices for application in optical communication systems. Some of their applications include wavelength conversion, all-optical switching, optical logic, optical time division demultiplexing, etc. For the modelling and characterization of these advanced optical communication systems, the knowledge of the phase of a pulse is crucial. In this work we present results of the application of a linear characterization technique previously presented by Jean Debeau et. al.
