  • Abstract
    A technique based on the waveguide approach for calculating ionosphere oblique-incidence sounding signal characteristics and taking account of ionosphere waveguide excitation is offered. Comparison of our calculation results and experimental ionograms on the path Alice-Springs (Australia) rkutsk (Russia) is given.
