Workflow Exception Handling Technology Based on Office Affairs

The complexity and variability of office affairs require OA system to strengthen the handling capability for exceptional business process. Workflow exception handling technology is proposed on the basis of the practice of research and development for workflow system in OA system to improve the capability of OA system in the complex environment. In allusion to the exceptional process characteristics of office affairs, the corresponding schemes are designed, including workflow design based on template, workflow design for added signature, workflow design for ordinal signature, workflow design for flow jump, and workflow design for authorization. Exception handling techniques can reduce post-maintenance workload and improve efficiency.
