Abstract
We analyze the phenomenon of super-resolution in time reversal acoustic in the rough interface random media setting by numerical simulation. Monte carlo simulation of the rough interface and quasi random number generator are used. Mathematical formulation of the wave transmission problem leads to a coupled boundary integral equation. The simple trapezoidal rule is used to approximate the integration in the Boundary Integral Equation to calculate the wave field. The resolution with a rough interface beat that in the flat interface setting.
