Abstract :
Two approaches of constructing a totally decentralized communication network will be discussed in this paper. The first project aims at rebuilding an existing communications system of a command control center, replacing the tree-like central unit by a logical decentralized system. Our second project deals with the design of a small communications system for a limited number of subscribers. It should be realized under the aspect of full decentralization (logical and physical). Therefore the whole intelligence of this system must be distributed into the terminal equipment
