Abstract :
In this paper, the author used the full-wave electromagnetic simulation to research the narrowband low-loss miniaturization HTS diplexer. The diplexer is manufactured on the double-sided HTS YBCO film on a LaAlO3 substrate of 0.5 mm. The miniaturization and low insertion loss of electron devices are realized using the advantage that the quality factor of HTS film is 1~3 orders higher than normal metals.
