  • Abstract
    The SOP evolutions induced by the nonlinear polarization modulation (PolM), including self-PolM (SPolM) and Cross-PolM (XPolM) of SOA´s, are investigated in terms of the polarization evolution traces on the Poincare sphere by simulation. Such that the PolM effects of SOA´s can be comprehended precisely. And the PolM effects influenced by the SOA injection current is simulated and discussed as well.
