After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

This article describes a concise way to estimate litter decomposition rate in a regional scope; Meanwhile, we proposed a new method for evaluating the rate of single/mixed litter decomposition in a forest ecosystem.
