Abstract
FONSOFT (the National Fund for the Promotion of Software Industry in Argentina) is launching a program to support senior college students´ entrepreneurial initiatives in Information Technologies, that funds these initiatives while it involves universities in the control and mentoring of the students´ work. In this way, the students not only receive economic resources for the development of their ideas, but also a well needed intellectual support. It shows how government and universities can actively cooperate in trying to boost entrepreneurship.
