Abstract :
The formula of nonlinear junction´s re-radiation is expressed by a Taylor series, and the nonlinear network model of the metallic junction is further studied. A relationship between the power, the voltage of the 3rd harmonic wave and the incident frequencies is calculated, and the function curves are obtained after the simulation of MATLAB.
