Abstract
Subjects like computer networking, configuring server operating system, security implementation, and communication server implementation need practical classes along with classroom teaching for students to meet the demand by employers. Generally the hardware and networking laboratories in the educational institutions are not capable of providing dedicated systems for the students to do the practical. In this article the author is describing the setting up of cost effective computer hardware and networking laboratory in which huge number of students can carry out the laboratory exercises and preserve their configuration throughout the semester.
