Abstract :
“ECO Package Design” here means design for ecological packaging that considers environmental protection. Environmental issues in packaging may become important matters when they are observed from the point of view on refuse. Even though a package is an indispensable part of today´s society, the volume of package refuse has to be reduced, because refuse is no other than representation of consumption of resources. Disposal of refuse is taking its toll on the scarce land situation due to dumping sites being a last resort of refuse problems. The context as “how to reduce refuse, to make it easier to be processed, to re-use it before making it into refuse” is asserted
