Abstract :
For the metals industry, one of the most important and fruitful R&D targets may be to construct a new recycling system using scrapped materials wasted in urban area of big cities, namely “Emission Minimum Product Recycling System”, EMPRES. Construction of such a material recycling system is a key issue for minimizing energy consumption, and reduction of waste materials and pollutants to realize an environmentally harmonized ecological society. In order to realize the system, it is an essential method for every product to carry shared information on it. The EMPRES project may create a new type of industry, which converts the wasted materials to valuable resources in the urban areas of big cities
