Abstract
For the EMI optimization issue, different hardware-level technique had been proposed. These methods should be firstly considered as much as possible. However, component upgrading for ending machine is sometimes not so easy. Thus, software EMI optimization techniques are another alternative. This paper focuses on software-level technique EMI optimization. We design a code template matcher as an optimization tool to reduce conducted EMI. The experimental results show that the matcher can generate a minimum EMI assembly code (less than 8 dBuV) and can estimate the EMI impact of a program to an embedded system accurately on the target frequency (4MHz, the system operating frequency).
