Abstract :
Measurement instrumentation uncertainty shall be taken into account when determining compliance or non-compliance with a disturbance limit. The corresponding uncertainty contributions to be considered for RF disturbance measurements are described in the basic standard CISPR 16-4-2. With the publication of the 2nd Edition of CISPR 16-4-2 in 2011 new requirements become effective compared with the previous edition. The current status of implementation in CISPR product standards and the significant technical changes are presented.
