Abstract
Knowledge management is a major topic of research focus. Organisations are showing much interest in implementing knowledge management and even beginning to adopt it as part of their overall business strategies. In spite of such growing attention to the role of knowledge management, and organisations claiming that they implement it in their organisations, these organisations have no specific criteria to find out how successful they are. Therefore, this research attempts to measure knowledge management maturity levels in organizations and aims to fill the research gap. Taking an innovative approach, the scarcity in measuring knowledge management maturity levels will be covered by using fuzzy linguistic variables primarily in organization production departments.
