Abstract :
Special dispersion of discharge parameters exist in narrow gap electrostatic discharge according to state change of electrode moving. Discharge parameters are measured with electrostatic discharge generator for fixed gap and moving electrode to the target from some distance away. Discharge current peak and waveform have distinctive variation for two situations of discharge gap. Primary analysis is given on the possible mechanism of the difference of discharge parameters.
