Abstract
A discussion of the challenges to system security design caused by the current dynamic threat environment is presented from an experimental standpoint. Particular emphasis is placed on the security design for advanced systems and how the system´s own digital features can meet the changing threat. The approach of this work is driven by the threat rather than by government regulations
