Abstract
Compressive sensing (CS) theory asserts that one can recover original signals from far fewer random samples under the condition of sparse signals. In this paper, CS technique is applied to ISAR imaging. An imaging scheme based on far fewer random samples in ISAR complex baseband echo domain is proposed. Joint 2D imaging processing without translational motion compensation can be achieved. The data rate and complexity of radar imaging system can be effectively reduced. The effectiveness of the imaging scheme is tested through processing simulated data.
