Abstract :
This digest introduces the unprecedented damages of NTT´s telecommunications buildings caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake, and the restoration measures. We also explain NTT´s current disaster countermeasures against power system issues by blackouts, earthquakes, water damages such as tsunami and tidal wave, and issues to be solved in the future.
