Abstract :
The existence criteria for all types of eigenoscillation modes has been found. The dependence of eigenfrequency on the geometrical and topological parameters of the structure and continuous spectrum of the self-adjoint extension of the Laplace operator has been investigated. The eigenoscillations are classified with the help of the symmetry group
