Abstract :
Summary form only given, as follows. The advancement of nanoelectronics depends on the progress of technology, but it also relies on the understanding of multiphysics phenomena at the nanoscale. We present a full-wave technique aimed at modeling the combined electromagnetic/coherent transport problem in graphene structures. The quantum transport is described by the Dirac equation, providing a pseudo-spinor solution for the wave-function. We show the dynamics of a charge wavepacket in a graphene nanoribbon transistor environment
