    Summary form only given, as follows. Roger Sudbury was involved in the early development of millimeterwave (MMW) monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs). Roger played a leadership role in a group at MIT Lincoln Laboratory developing the first millimeterwave MMICs. Technologies and personalities will be recalled from these exciting early days of MMW MMICs.
