Abstract :
Power consumption has been one of the mam restrictions in the booming development of wireless terminals such as smartphone. And green communication is growing to be a hotspot as the environmental deteriorating nowadays. This paper proposes a wireless resource allocation algorithm with overall and comprehensive consideration of the essential factors such as capacity, energy efficiency, fairness etc. An optimal problem is formulated and a two-step method is adopted to get the suboptimal solution. The proposed algorithm can be applied to TD-LTE system based on cognitive radio (CR) and carrier aggregation (CA), which performs in the TV white spectrum (TVWS) bands.
