Abstract :
This paper discusses the design of low voltage current mirror op amps and their applications. The proposed op amp structure can be used with ±0.5 V supply voltages and has an open loop gain of 75.2 dB. Its applications in the design of low voltage buffers, and subsequently in the design of CCIIs, have been examined. The voltage buffer has almost rail-to-rail input and output voltage swings and a bandwidth of 530 MHz. The proposed CCIIs have almost rail-to-rail current transfer with a bandwidth of 690 MHz.
