Abstract
"Education for all" is a problem in developing countries. This can be solved by providing elementary learning for all the nine billion people and giving equal education for girls. Technology is not used properly in education, so the ability of individualizing education and personalizing it to the needs and problems of each student has been lost. We propose a learning system in which the computer plays the role of the tutor providing better interaction between the student and the computer.
