Abstract :
Mixed analog and digital circuit simulation with SPICE requires enhanced parameter extraction strategies and accurate models. A parameter optimization program is presented which uses the eigenvalue decomposition of the correlation matrix to support the development of improved MOS models and extraction strategies. The computational efficiency and increased accuracy of an enhanced SPICE MOS2 model for analog applications is shown.
