Abstract
This paper explores what laws and procedures a country entering the international cyber arena needs to have in place. Developing nations are creating their e-laws and e-commerce laws to do business in today´s world. They can leap frog over the existing countries and laws to learn what works and what doesn´t. This paper explores the existing international digital laws and some of the challenges that will be faced as technology advances at its current pace.
