Abstract :
This paper will discuss the variant of our successful wafer-level-packaged FBAR resonator technology that may have application in many traditional quartz applications. The advantage of our zero drift resonator and oscillator designs -over quartz-is the relatively small height and size compared to quartz. Performance, when normalized by frequency is comparable and the zero drift resonators repeatably demonstrate <; 50 ppm drift over 120C (similar to raw quartz resonator performance).
