Abstract
The deficiency of quality information management in the supply chain affects seriously manufacturing enterprises´ ability to trace the product quality information and to guarantee the product´s quality. Therefore, combining with the prominent advantages of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) , the model of the tracing process for the quality information is put forward in this paper. The structure of the RFID-based tracing system of the product quality information in the supply chain is set up, and the operational process and function of the system is also analyzed. The sharing of the quality information can be realized among manufacturing enterprises in the supply chain with this system, and the response rate to the products´ quality problems as well as tracing ability to the quality information can also be improved. Finally, an applied research combining with the quality information tracing of the Auto transmission is discussed.
