Limiting the greenhouses gases: a possible Italian strategy in the European framework
Abstract :
This paper presents the reduction of emission of greenhouse gases. The EU have mentioned Kyoto protocol-is to reduce green house gas emission by 8% from 1990 levels, by 2008 through 2012. The Kyoto protocol introduced three mechanisms for achieving the reduction goal: emission trading (ET) and joint implementation (JI) among developed countries, clean developed mechanisms (CDM) for cooperation between developed and developing countries.
