Abstract :
Automatic Train Control (ATO) is essential for improving the performance and accuracy of the urban rail transit, and that train dynamic modeling and simulation is one of the most critical technologies in the process of urban rail transit construction. However, presently there is short of research on the modeling and simulation of train dynamics of urban rail transit in both theory and applications. This paper studies the dynamic characteristics of urban rail transit, constructs the dynamic model of urban rail transit from a viewpoint of system engineering, by combining the programming advantages of LabVIEW and MATLAB. The simulation system may imitate driver console, simulate actual train´s operating state and reflect real-time calculation results. The validity and reliability of the simulation system as well as the dynamic model are verified and analyzed by comprehensive experimental simulations and assesments.
