The Research of an "Expert Information" Data Fusion Technology in Real Estate Valuation

Based on the background of analysing "expert power" in data fusion technology, we put forward the problem of "expert power" fusion to be solved in real estate appraisal. By determining the fusion criteria and building the information model of reliability, we establish the appraised algorithm of information fusion. This method can improve the accuracy of evaluation, reduce the error of evaluation and provide reference information on comparable. It can achieve the aim to control the credibility and stability of expert information at a higher level by application and comparison in actual evaluation.
