Abstract :
We demonstrate the generation of 90-125 GHz millimeter-wave signal with a phase noise of less than -75 dBc/Hz at 100 Hz by using optical heterodyning that employs an arrayed-waveguide grating (AWG) integrated with 3-dB combiners.
