Abstract :
Nowadays, predicting technology developing trend and innovation direction, which draw more attention from the Chinese government, firms and academic circles, play an increasingly significant role on development strategy for science and technology, Policy Planning, the R & D orientation selection and Innovation strategy plan of enterprises. Successful technological innovation prediction needs effectual method. This paper brings that TRIZ theory could be such method based on the research statement and development trend analysis of technology innovation prediction. Combined with technology characteristic of pharmaceutical industry, this paper designs the prediction method of pharmaceutical industry technology innovation under TRIZ theory. And taking pharmaceutical industry in Heilongjiang Province as an empirical subject, this paper collects the related patents and market information from 2000 to 2009, and then using the prediction method to analyze its technology maturity as well as predict the direction of technology innovation. Finally, it offers the related countermeasure for promoting pharmaceutical industry technology innovation in Heilongjiang Province. The purpose of the paper is to provide reference for the government or pharmaceutical enterprise when predicting technology innovation trend.
