Abstract :
With the continued spread of economic globalization, increasing strategy risks facing to enterprises cause widespread concern, evaluation of Enterprise Strategy Risk has important practical significance for scientific decision-making, resource optimizing, competitive advantage achieving and potential sustainable development. We use the improved AHP and entropy weight method to set up the business enterprise strategy risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation index system and the model This paper focuses on building enterprise strategy risk evaluation index system and model, based on which, the strategy risk of EAST Technology company is evaluated as a case study. As a result, we can find that the risk rank of the company is relatively low, and the risk from high to low in the order is the risk of external environment, the risk business capability, the risk enterprise resource risk, and the risk of corporate culture.
