Abstract

The supporting system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition includes two parts, which are the internal supporting system of process innovation and the external supporting system of process innovation. The internal supporting system of process innovation consists of talent support, organization support, system support and device support, the external supporting system of process innovation consists of financial support, fiscal support, service support and legal support. Combined with a case, the supporting system of process innovation in manufacturing enterprises under the information condition is analyzed and tested.
