Abstract
The rapid development of services leisure and entertainment industry is an important feature of industrial change in the last 20 years. For China, we are in the upgrading of the industrial structure and in the new economic growth, so to develop fully and promote the industry has a special significance. If your business always wants to keep the state of success, the innovation idea is very necessary, and an actively organizational innovation atmosphere is also greatly necessary. With the deeply researching of the relationship between organizational innovation atmosphere and organizational performance, many scholars found that there are some clear relationship between organizational innovation atmosphere and organizational performance. According to the special features of services leisure and entertainment industry, we draw lessons from domestic and foreign theoretical results in order to research the relationship between organizational innovation atmosphere and organizational performance. After talking deeply with some relevant scholars and the key position employees, we have designed an organizational innovation atmosphere scale of services leisure and entertainment industry adapting to actual Chinese situation, which based on the scale in CCQ. Finally, we got the relationship between the organizational innovation atmosphere and organizational performance by using regression analysis based on determining the aspects of organizational performance and the main effect model.
