Abstract
Corporate Strategy System Order is measured to make strategy management more regulated and to improve certainty of strategy management process. Entropy theory is used to measure strategy system order on the basis of definition of strategy order. The measurement model is proposed from three dimensions including information entropy, structure entropy and capability entropy. Order degrees of information, structure and capability determine order degree of corporate strategy system together. Empirical study verifies that increasing strategy system complexity contributes to improve order degree. Orders of structure and capability influence macro order degree of strategy system.
