Abstract
A generalized multichannel Givens-lattice algorithm for adaptive filtering is presented. It is shown that the multichannel Givens-lattice algorithm with a different number of parameters in each channel can be derived by appending an orthogonal prerotation array to the algorithm of one-channel, and that it has a computational complexity of O ( p 2) for each p-channel lattice stage. By exploiting other similar Givens-rotation-based least squares algorithms, a general conclusion is proposed
