Research on the effects evaluation of logistics management patterns in automobile manufacturing enterprises

The paper focuses on automobile manufacturing enterprises and studies the effects of logistics management patterns used in the enterprises. The paper, firstly, introduces four kinds of logistics management patterns which can be used in the logistics management process of manufacturing firms. After that, the paper also analyzes the demands of logistics services and the main factors which affects and decides the option of logistics management pattern in automobile manufacturing enterprises. Subsequently, after obtaining the interrelationships between the main factors, the paper establishes an index system and a practical assessment pattern used to evaluate the effects of logistics management patterns used in automobile manufacturing enterprises by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The main innovation points of this paper are as follows: To study and understand the demands of logistics services from a new point of view based on automobile manufacturing enterprises; To construct a new index system which can reflect the effects of logistics administration pattern comprehensively. To use presented methods for assessing the effects and coordination of the logistics management pattern system in automobile manufacturing firms.
