Abstract :
The harmonic broadcasting using time-divided video data method that is suggested in this paper first by receiving the data segments and merging the sub-segments in order. With this the occupied resource is reduced by 11%, and the processing load is cut down by 32%, which are the advantages of this process. Accordingly, the resource occupation and the processing load, which have been the factors behind the increasing prices for the receiving devices, can be improved and the design of more efficient receiving equipment would be possible.
