Abstract
Actuality of financial support and financing predicament of SME (small and medium-sized enterprises) in Jiangsu coastal area is investigated first under the background of Jiangsu coastal exploitation in this paper. Then the concept of bounded rationality is introduced to establish dynamic game model for financing of SME and analyze respectively replicator dynamics and stable point. Finally, policy enlightenment is put forward to settle financing predicament for SME in Jiangsu coastal area from the perspective of parameters adjusting. It is found that information asymmetry between bank and enterprise can´t be eliminated fundamentally simply relying on changes of financial institutions or enterprises themselves. Therefore, bringing the guiding role of government into play and implementing policy finance should become route choices for SME in Jiangsu coastal exploitation to strengthen financial support.
