Abstract :
Electromagnetic field of the radially restricted electron beam normally falling from vacuum on the sharp border of isotropic plasma is considered in quadratic nonlinear approach. Such a fleld consists of the transition radiation second harmonic, mixed harmonic between the radiation and electron beam eigeufield and the quasi-stationary electric field.
