Abstract
Knowledge management (KM) is the academic and enterprise focus topic which emerges to meet the need of the new economy. In this paper, we discuss the concept and function of enterprise knowledge management from such four modes as daily-affairs mode, cooperated mode, innovative mode and knowledge-specialist mode. The successful example under the four modes is given. And also, we analyzes the status quo and problem of the knowledge management modes and present the supply chain system knowledge management modes from the views of R&D system, service system, and administration system in an equipment enterprise.
