  • Abstract
    On the basis of setting up an evaluation index system for the development risk in real estate, this article designs an evaluation model for the development risk in real estate with RBF (radial basis function) neural network. Furthermore the training has been carried out for the neural network through selecting the risk evaluation data of several real estate development projects. The result shows that the model has higher accuracy and credibility and provides a new method for the risk evaluation in real estate development.
