Abstract :
A high accuracy digitally trimmable MOS transistor structure is proposed, and its working principle is experimentally verified. Experimental results on devices fabricated using a standard 3-μm p-well CMOS process show that the gain of current mirrors using the proposed structure can be trimmed with an accuracy of better than 0.1%
