Abstract :
This paper deals with the error localization performance analysis of low-pass DFT codes in presence of quantization noise. The performance is evaluated in terms of the magnitude of the error locator polynomial computed at the error locations. It is shown that the mean squared magnitude is a function of the channel error-to-quantization noise ratio and the relative locations of the channel errors.
