  • Abstract
Based on the actual geology situation of district in Tongchuan some mine, the influence on the stability of surrounding rock of roadway, the stress distribution rule on coal pillar and the distribution rule of plastic area was studied by numerical simulation and theoretical analysis method, the results show that it is not simple linear relations between the width of coal pillar and the deformation of roadway, the difference of roadway deformation is distinct; along with the increase of coal pillarpsilas width; The stress concentration factor on coal pillar increases gradually, the width of coal pillar and the stress concentration factor conform to the exponential function distribution; the stress concentration factor on coal pillar is bigger than 1, explained that the elastic zone in coal pillar, the coal pillar is stable; the destruction of sides of coal pillar mainly present the compound failure of pull-cut, the destruction of entity coal on sides of roadway mainly present shearing failure; the width of coal pillar in this mine was confirmed to 25 m, and the good economic efficiency was obtained.
