  • Abstract
    The windward project has carried on the system analysis of the A.D.HALL theory in the paper. In this paper, a systemic analysis method for the windward project by using A.D.HALL theory is presented, a three-dimensional A.D.HALL plot. Its engineering system is established. We have conducted the systems engineering research by using construction wind electric field project A.D. hall to the entire wind electric field construction and the management by three dimensional structure figure time peace-keeping logic position. The paper carries on discusses and obtains the systems engineering matrix through A.D hall three dimensional structure figure A11, A12,..., A77 meaning.
